Gate Manufacturing

The gate manufacturing is done to a very high standard and controlled from the initial stages right through till the gate or railing is packaged and transported to the customer.

Once the gate is confirmed by the customer and the order is sent to the factory, it will be logged by the production reception and the CAD department and production will begin. Every stage of its manufacture is carefully checked over by the product manager of each section before proceeding to its next stage of manufacture.

Once it has been finished it will go to packaging for final inspection and cleared by the manager of this department.

It is then packaged in polystyrene and heavy type shrink wrap to give a solid package for its transportation to the customer. All the accessories that are needed with the gate are packaged within the same packaging for safe delivery to the customer.
